Discord Integration

Link your Discord server to Streamerly for community management features.

Connecting Discord​

  1. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar
  2. Find the Discord section
  3. Click Connect with Discord
  4. Authorize Streamerly in the Discord OAuth window
  5. Your Discord username and avatar will appear once connected

Claiming a Guild​

After connecting your Discord account:

  1. Your server list will appear in the Discord integration section
  2. Select the server (guild) you want to link
  3. Click Claim to associate it with your Streamerly account
  4. You can claim multiple guilds if needed

Managing Guilds​

  • View claimed guilds — See all linked Discord servers
  • Unclaim — Remove the association between a guild and your account

Go-Live Announcements​

Streamerly can post a rich-embed announcement to a Discord channel the moment you go live on Twitch.

  1. Connect Discord and claim the server you want to post in
  2. Under the claimed server, turn on Announce when I go live
  3. Choose the Announcement channel from the dropdown
  4. Optionally customize the Message shown above the embed

The embed links straight to your Twitch stream and shows your title and category. You can use these tokens in the message text:

  • {{name}} — your channel name
  • {{title}} — your stream title
  • {{category}} — the game or category you're streaming
  • {{url}} — a link to your Twitch channel

Use Send test to post a sample announcement so you can check the channel and formatting before you go live.

Posting from Flows​

The Send Discord Message flow effect posts a message to any of your claimed servers' channels. Wire it up in the flow editor to cross-post chat commands, log events to a mod channel, or announce anything your flows can detect.

Disconnecting​

To fully disconnect Discord:

  1. Navigate to Integrations
  2. Click Disconnect in the Discord section
  3. This removes the OAuth connection and unclaims all guilds
